the hotel is close to the eurotunnel terminal, perfect for my early morning departure. free parking was available, a definite plus. the staff at reception were efficient, ensuring a quick check-in, and the bedroom was spacious.

I found several issues with the room. The sofa was not very comfortable. The chain on the door was broken. These are aspects that should be addressed.
